Hi! I’m Lina
I’m a registered dietitian who believes nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated.
If I’m honest, the reason I became a dietitian is because I was tired of the noise - the endless “rules,” the conflicting opinions, and the pressure to do everything perfectly. I wanted to get to the truth of what actually makes people feel better in their daily lives.
That curiosity led me to spend six years studying nutrition and dietetics, where I learned the science of how food impacts every system in the body. But the real growth happened after school. I found myself drawn to the work of thought leaders like Peter Attia, who digs into longevity and disease prevention; Andrew Huberman, who connects brain science with everyday habits; and Rhonda Patrick, who unpacks the power of micronutrients and genetics. Their perspectives - along with conversations I continue to have with fellow dietitians, pharmacists, and physicians - keep me challenged and constantly learning.
But here’s the thing: I don’t just believe in textbooks and clinical studies. Science is essential, but it doesn’t always capture the human side of health. That’s why I also pay attention to stories - the lived experiences, the small wins, the setbacks, and the patterns I see in real people. To me, anecdotal evidence isn’t “less than” - it’s the missing context that helps make nutrition work in real life.
My purpose is to help you cut through the noise, reconnect with your body, and feel your absolute best - not through rigid rules, but through simple, sustainable habits backed by both science and real-life experience.
